Looking to help 11 more Non Profit Organizations

Our Color Olors are looking to pair their books up with non profit foundations.  Their books are filled with life lessons for children and are ideal for children ages 3 - 8.  Two of the Color Olors have found their match already.  The book of Silver Ilver and the Cleft Palate Puppy has been paired up with The Mia Foundation and the book of Yellow Ellow Goes Out of his Way has been paired up with the Hoola for Happiness Foundation.  Once paired up, a portion of the proceeds from the sales of that Color Olor book will be donated to the chosen foundation.

There are 11 more Color Olors so, that means we are looking for 11 more different non-profit organizations! We would really like to match each Color Olor listed below to a foundation that is closely related to the lesson/value inside of their book or to a cause that has an awareness ribbon with the same color. If you are connected to a Non-Profit organization or possibly know of an organization that would be a great match for one of our Color Olors, please have them contact us via email at colorolors@gmail.com for consideration. Get the word out by sharing this post and help us find 11 more non profit organizations that our World of Color Olors can help. Thank you.

OPERATION GET LUCKY BEAR HOME

The  "OPERATION GET LUCKY BEAR HOME" has begun.  I am putting this out there to help bring Lucky home.  Lucky Bear belongs to The Mia Foundation and was Mia's bear.  He was traveling the world sharing Mia's love and spirit when he disappeared somewhere in Canada while trying to get home.  Here is his Lucky Bear Fan page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Lucky-Bears-Travels/513136212033557

Lucky Bear is very special to The Mia Foundation and it's founder, Sue Rogers.  He is loved by the world and the Color Olors, too, especially Silver Ilver.  He was illustrated with Mia beside him inside the book of "Silver Ilver and the Cleft Palate Puppy" and has become a part of our world.  Please, if you can share this blog post maybe someone will know someone that knows where Lucky is.  Let's get Lucky Bear home.  Thank you.

The book of Silver Ilver and the Cleft Palate Puppy

Hello Color Olors Fans! I see some new faces here and wanted to share the book of "Silver Ilver and the Cleft Palate Puppy" with you.   This is the 5th book in The Wonderful World of Color Olors series, illustrated by accomplished Children's book artist Chris Padovano and written by Nina Carothers.

A puppy has been born into Silver Ilver's home.
He does have a problem that is unknown.
Zeus is the name that Silver Ilver gives him.
He is tiny and weak.  His his odds look grim.
Inside a special book is where she does read,
a trip to the puppy doctor is needed indeed.
Silver Ilver is determined to save this pup.
With help from a friend she does not give up.

This is the story of two lovable doggies, both having cleft palates, Zeus and Mia.
A portion of the proceeds from this book benefit The Mia Foundation, which is designed to give animals born with birth defects a fighting chance at life.

NEWS!!

GREAT NEWS!! We are pleased to announce that we have found the perfect non profit foundation to pair the Yellow Ellow book up with. Yellow Ellow's book is all about staying positive, spreading joy and helping others which is a perfect match up with the non profit organization of Hoola for Happiness. Their mission is to spread the joy of hooping and the love of God all over the world, one hoop at a time, one life at a time. There is even a little girl in the Yellow Ellow book with a hula hoop. How perfect is this?

A portion of the proceeds from the sales of the Yellow Ellow book, due out this summer, will be donated to Hoola for Happiness and this makes the Color Olors very happy.

Stay tuned for more pairings of the Color Olors books to non profit organizations.

What a cute story. April 21, 2014

This is the Best March 10, 2014
This is the Best Book in the series,
I just loved it,
Nina Carothers, really hits a home run here.....
6.
Terrific, however March 8, 2014
I loved the characters.
The colors are wonderful,
and the stories are all top notch.
However, the words are planted on top of the ground. The fade in, the lack of contrast -- These are inadequate and therefore the words are hard to read. This is irritating for me. The illustrator - I suppose - has highlighted the words and this really helps but if the words were published inside a box or a rectangle plot with...Read More

A Unique Family of Characters March 3, 2014
What would our world be without color? This authoress has found a delightful way to introduce children to colors through interesting, childlike creatures. The book gives you just enough information on each Color Olor to make you want to read more. The art / illustrations are immature almost as if they were drawn by children but I believe this draws children to the pages making them want to quickly turn to the next page. The...Read More

Wonderful February 21, 2014
This is a beautiful book that shows children that though Zeus had challenges he was able to get through them with help from those who love them. Mia dealt with her challenges but in a different way. Though she crossed the bridge, she still has a major effect on many lives, most of all that of her mom, Sue Rogers. The fact that 50% of the proceeds will go to The Mia Foundation only makes it sweeter. When a book can influence...Read More
